Mike KleimanMike Kleiman is currently the CFO of EdgeCast Networks, Inc. Prior to joining EdgeCast, Mike served as CFO for HostPro where he worked with EdgeCast’s founders and was instrumental in its M&A, datacenter build-out and growth initiatives. He also served as CFO and ultimately President of SolutionPro, where he led the company to profitability through business restructure and developing of advanced hosting, IT outsourcing and fiber-to-the-home services.
Prior to HostPro, Mike served as CFO of the Scott Sports Group, where he lived in Switzerland for several years and was instrumental to the company’s funding, growth, M&A, business restructuring and the overhaul of its IT infrastructure. Mike also spent seven years in “Big 6” public accounting and financial consulting, where he served as a licensed CPA for Arthur Andersen LLP. Mike has a BS in Accounting from Montana State and an executive MBA from Tulane. He has also served on the boards of technology startups and enjoys outdoor adventure sports.

Phil LambertPhil Lambert is a leader in the Business Continuity community. An expert, with over 15 years experience in the contingency planning field, Phil has proven success in the design, development and implementation of enterprise continuity programs. He has held leadership positions at two Fortune 500 companies. At Option One Mortgage, H&R Block’s mortgage subsidiary Phil was a lead strategist in the design and implementation of the Y2K program. Phil also served as Director of Business Continuity Planning at the Safeco Corporation.
Phil has served on numerous boards for the Association for Contingency Planners (ACP), and is a professional trainer and a keynote speaker at national and local events.

Mark Del BiancoMark began his legal career in the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice. His litigation experience at DOJ ran the gamut from criminal trials in D.C. Superior Court to numerous arguments in U.S. Courts of Appeals, to drafting Supreme Court briefs in conjunction with the Solicitor General’s office. In private practice, Mark has represented a variety of clients in rulemaking proceedings, merger applications, complaint adjudications and other proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and many other federal agencies.
Mark has negotiated and advised on a wide variety of telecom agreements, including dozens of interconnection agreements, satellite reseller agreements, Internet backbone connectivity agreements, wholesale VOIP agreements, voice traffic termination agreements, infrastructure sharing agreements, bandwidth agreements and dark fiber agreements. His experience in federal civil litigation includes antitrust, copyright infringement and telecom matters. In addition, Mark also provides advice and representation to clients in state public utility commission telecommunications arbitrations.
Mark is an Adjunct Professor for the Communications Law Institute, Columbus School of Law, and Catholic University, Washington D.C. He received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
